The arrival of the last month of the year also brings a festive atmosphere with it. Decorated squares, adorned shop windows, and Christmas melodies suggest a short break and a moment of rest, allowing us to surrender to feelings of peace and love.
As every year, Tisza Automotive organized a Mikuláš event, during which chocolates were distributed to our colleagues. We consider such initiatives extremely important for creating a positive atmosphere and strengthening team spirit among employees, which is why our everyday life throughout the year is filled with events and activities.
Among other things, we also celebrate International Women’s Day, when we present flowers to our female colleagues. It is also worth mentioning football matches between employees, as well as the distribution of gift packages for children before the start of the school year. In addition, we create music playlists based on employees’ requests to contribute to a better atmosphere during work in our production facilities.
The holidays are coming – Happy December!
On the occasion of the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, we decorate our canteens and Christmas trees, creating a pleasant atmosphere in our production facilities. The children of our colleagues can also take part by coloring various decorative elements. During December, within the “Happy December” campaign, we organize several smaller and one major prize game, giving our employees the opportunity to win valuable prizes. Of course, we do not forget the youngest ones either: the children of our employees receive New Year gift packages at the end of each year.
We continuously expand and improve the list of our activities, with our employees contributing through various surveys. We consider it an important mission to create a pleasant workplace where a family-friendly atmosphere forms the foundation of success.
